2.Heating frequency up to 4.5K ensures uniformity of conductor preheating temperature.

it can realize fully automatic power control for conductors of the same specifications to ensure consistent heating temperature.

4. It has a temperature calibration function to ensure the accuracy of the heating temperature by selecting the conductor specifications.

5.It has automatic temperature compensation function.
When the room temperature changes, the equipment will be automatically calibrated to ensure that the conductor heating temperature is accurate.

1.This series of preheaters adopts the principle of high-frequency induction heating to preheat copper core wires, aluminum core wires, iron wires, and alloy wires. Principle of high-frequency electromagnetic induction: alternating current is rectified into direct current through a rectifier circuit; then the direct current is converted into high-frequency current.

2.When current flows through the coil, an alternating magnetic field is produced. When the magnetic field lines of the magnetic field pass through the metal material, strong eddy currents will be generated, causing the metal material itself to heat up rapidly.

3.The induction frequency of our company's high-frequency induction preheater is as high as 4.5KHz, which means it heats a unit length of copper wire 4,500 times per second.

4.The power frequency machine is 60 times, and the intermediate frequency machine is about 400 times.

5.Therefore, the high-frequency preheater heats the wire produced at high speed more uniformly,

which can significantly improve the bonding quality of the insulation layer and the copper core and ensure the stability of the cable quality.
